Monocouche is a beautiful render that sparkles. Most people don’t know how to clean it. Monocouche is a soft render that can’t take hard power washing. If water is drove in at the back of the surface monochouche will come off the wall. There are always a lot of hair line cracks in monochouche that the naked eye can’t see. If monocouche is soft washed and sealed with a good sealer monochouche will stay clean for years.
